Our Plan Management service is billed directly to your NDIS Plan, adhering to the guidelines outlined in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits document. Rest assured, there are no out-of-pocket expenses for you as a participant.
To ensure accurate review and confirmation of support areas and available funding, Proactive Plan Managers kindly requests a copy of your NDIS plan.

By submitting this plan management request, you consent to Proactive Plan Managers making a service booking in the NDIS Portal and accessing your NDIS plan using the provided details.
To expedite the sign-up process and ensure seamless support for your NDIS Plan, we encourage you to provide a copy of your formal NDIS plan.
Within 48 hours (usually next business day), we will reach out to you with our Plan Management Service Agreement, along with instructions on accessing your NDIS plan information through the Proactive Plan Managers Plan Management Portal and submitting invoices for processing. Please note that invoice processing will commence only after the Service Agreement is signed.
